Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Services

Ace Media offers creative services including but not limited to:

• Video Editing
• Graphic Design
• Cinematography
• Video Production
• Motion Graphics

All service details, deliverables, and timelines will be discussed and confirmed before the project begins.

2. Payments & Invoicing

• A minimum 50% advance payment is required to start any project, unless otherwise agreed.
• The remaining amount must be paid upon project completion or before the final delivery.
• Late payments may result in project delays or additional fees.

3. Revisions Policy

• We offer [2] rounds of revisions per project (unless stated otherwise).
• Additional revisions may be charged based on the complexity and time involved.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide:

• All necessary assets (logos, footage, reference files) in a timely manner.
• Clear instructions and feedback within reasonable timelines.

Delays from the client side may affect the overall timeline of delivery.

5. Delivery & File Ownership

• Final deliverables will be shared in the agreed format (MP4, PNG, PSD, etc.).
• Raw project files (like Premiere Pro or After Effects files) are not shared by default and may incur extra charges if requested.
• Ownership of final creatives will be transferred upon full payment.

6. Project Cancellation

• If a project is canceled by the client after it has started, the initial deposit is non-refundable.
• If Ace Media cancels the project (in rare cases), a partial or full refund will be issued based on work completed.

7. Turnaround Time

• Standard delivery timelines vary by project scope.
• Any urgent or express delivery may be subject to additional fees.

8. Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality. All data, visuals, and brand materials shared with Ace Media will not be shared publicly or with third parties without consent.

9. Portfolio Rights

Unless otherwise requested, Ace Media reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio, website, and social media platforms for promotional purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

Ace Media is not liable for:

• Technical issues caused by third-party platforms (e.g., social media compression, file hosting errors).
• Misuse or alteration of final deliverables by the client or third parties.

11. Amendments

Ace Media may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Clients will be notified of any major changes that could affect current or ongoing projects.
